2. Is it safe to travel during Pregnancy?
You can securely travel throughout your Pregnancy till 3rd trimester (30 weeks of Pregnancy); unless encouraged otherwise due to high risk Pregnancy.

Walking is generally recommended at all stages. Your Gynecologist may also recommend on specific Pelvic workouts to enhance opportunities of Normal Delivery.

3. Tips that can assist me remain comfy throughout Office Work?

• Take short walk after every 2-3 hrly.
• Drink Plenty of Water.

• Stay away from Active & Passive Smoking; and Alcoholic beverages.

Tips for a Normal Pregnancy Outcome
